Spread Betting The Forex Markets vs Uncertainty and Fear

I've just finished reading the book "Spread Betting the Forex Markets".  This book is so utterly bereft of any value that if its target audience in any way represented the typical FX market participant then I'd interpret it as a strong signal to participate in that market personally.  Unfortunately as far as I can make out, only in Japan does the retail investor play any significant role in their domestic FX market.  The only person who'd benefit from this book is an absolute beginner in trading (i.e. most of humanity), but those people had probably best read some decent books on the culture of trading as it stood in 2003 or 2010.  If you're one of those people, perhaps try "Uncertainty and Expectation" for the 2003 perspective and "The fearful rise of markets" for the 2010 perspective.  The three books are about the same size, but there the similarity ends.
